Dominique is a specialist Interim Consultant who enables clients to deliver business critical transformations within the UK & Internationally. Dominique has spent the last 7 years developing her interim HR & Change Community and continues to do so, typically partnering with private and publicly held organisations.

My Story

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in social studies (majoring in Organisational Psychology & Industrial Sociology) from Rhodes University in South Africa, I decided to make the leap and relocate to London in the pursuit for an exciting and challenging career in Human Resources.

Due to my inquisitive, personable and competitive nature along with having a personal interest in understanding what makes people tick and how people think, I found my home within the recruitment industry.

I’ve spent the last 7 years focusing on the interim, HR market specifically across Financial and Professional Services. Typically partnering with the FTSE 100 and 250, SMEs and private equity organisation’s supporting with both HR hiring and broader change and transformation projects across the UK.

My Focus

My focus at Savannah is to build out the International Interim HR Leaders division across industries, enabling clients to deliver short-term and long-term transformations.

My role allows me to operate at the forefront of these transformations, hearing first-hand how businesses really operate, innovate and transform. As a result, I get to meet and network with highly skilled interim managers who are responsible for designing, planning and executing these initiatives.

My specialism is varied and covers the full HR remit, including Change and Transformation, Programme Leads, Organisational Design, Target Operating Model Design, Communications, Shared Services and Process Design.

My Motivation

I love meeting new people, understanding them and hearing about their fascinating journeys. Their triumphs, challenges and lessons learnt. Genuinely creating trusted working relationships and developing a deep understanding of both my clients and candidate’s needs, providing practical and pragmatic solutions. I strive to be part of a business that has the best executive interim offering in the market across functions.
