The vast amount of my experience has been gained working in the senior recruitment industry and executive search, with additional experience gained in chartered institutes. My career has spanned a variety of supportive roles across a number of different functions and specialisms, supporting individuals at all levels of an organisation, from consultant through to CEO.
I support Damian Walsh, Lisa Gerhardt and the HR team to ensure that we successfully deliver our projects and client and candidate commitments. I am instrumental in assignment coordination, organising events and creating networking opportunities, as well as contributing to wider business projects.
I really enjoy making a difference, particularly when saving other people’s time by being proactive, organised and prioritising what’s really important (normally everything), which inevitably allows others to be more successful. I find real value in this.
I also enjoy contributing ideas to improve business processes, with the aim of achieving best practice and ensuring high levels of customer service.
