Max is a member of the Financial Services department at Savannah. He has only just started his career in executive search. He took on an internship in February 2017 and in June 2017 he was offered a full-time role.
After graduating from Newcastle University in the summer of 2016, I headed to Kenya, where I worked for the Xavier Project, a charity based in Kibera, Nairobi, helping underprivileged children gain access to free education. There, I worked in the Financial, Educational and Marketing departments of the charity, as well as helping to train refugees in areas such as entrepreneurship, social media, and citizen journalism. It’s only when I arrived back in England that I decided to move into the executive search industry, and Savannah gave me the opportunity to join them.
My role as a Research Analyst is to help prepare investigative reports for the partners in the Financial Services team. I compile reports and help examine, find, or revise facts, principles and theories about potential clients and candidates.
My experience working in numerous diverse locations around the world has enabled me to interact positively with people. These critical experiences allow me to adjust to any working or social environment.
I look forward to the future with Savannah as I meet global industry leaders with whom I hope to forge long and mutually beneficial relationships.

The real ethos of the company is evident – they continuously listen to your needs while demonstrating their personal commitment to the cause.
