Senior Researcher, Human Resources Practice

Pippa is a member of the Human Resources practice at Savannah and has over three years’ experience working in executive search. Her focus is on roles across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Employee Relations and Reward & Employee Engagement.

My story

I graduated from the University of Manchester with a Degree in Psychology in 2014 and joined Odgers Berndtson as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this graduate role I provided comprehensive research in all sectors to support Partners across Odgers Berndtson, Odgers Interim and Berwick Partners. Alongside this I trained as a Researcher, working as a generalist across sectors and functions.
More recently I was a Research Associate at Korn Ferry, specialising in Supply Chain functional appointments in Europe, working across all industry areas. Having enjoyed the breadth of working in a function, I was attracted to join the HR team at Savannah and build a global network in the HR function.

My focus

Having had the opportunity to work as a generalist at the start of my career, I have worked with clients across a variety of industries and functional areas. I am drawn to the diversity of working in a function and the range of businesses that we have the opportunity to work with. My focus is in HR, covering roles across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Reward and Employee Engagement.

My motivation

The role of Research Associate is a constantly challenging one, on a day to day basis I am learning about new businesses, industry areas and different functional roles within HR. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity in developing my knowledge and building relationships with clients and candidates alike.
