Tim is a Partner in the Industrial Practice, where he leads our focus in Infrastructure, Construction & Services. His deep expertise across the built environment stems from over 20 years in organisational and leadership development, executive recruitment, benchmarking and assessment. This has led to over 300 successful searches with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations, as well as family businesses, private equity firms, infrastructure and pension funds.

My story

Before joining Savannah, I was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry. My primary responsibility was leading the Infrastructure, Construction & Services practice across EMEA. Prior to this role, I co-built the global Infrastructure practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

My career began with the international recruitment group Hays, and I hold a degree in Construction Management, from the University of the West of England.

My focus

My focus is on multi-national infrastructure, engineering, construction and services clients. My expertise spans engineering and construction to operations and maintenance. I have undertaken extensive work more broadly in surface transportation, airports, ports, utilities, renewables and energy.

My motivation

I have always had a love for everything ‘built environment’. Since my days at university studying Construction, I have been fascinated with infrastructure, engineering and architecture. It is a privilege to work with such a purpose driven sector – building schools, transport systems and connecting people to water, energy and telecommunication networks. I feel proud to help our clients identify the people who are driven to deliver a better world, in which we live, work and travel.
