We are active in the market on a daily basis talking to clients and interim managers, particularly at a time like this. When a crisis management brief comes up, regardless of the size or complexity of the business we often instinctively know two or three candidates who we think would be a good fit.

Rather than stopping there, our dedicated research team then runs an accelerated headhunting search for interims who have the right background and experience, as well as collaborating with our permanent search colleagues.
